SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS
A scheduled appointment time is of value.
If you are not sure of your emergency or need more time to make a decision. Please do not schedule an appointment.
This does not stop you from calling us. We are here to help with your emergency care. Their is no pressure from us. As a matter of courtesy, we do not call back. The making of an appointment is your option and may be agreed to at the time of your Call. You are welcome to call us again. Please phone first before an emergency Walk-In.
POLICY UPDATE
This is currently NOT our policy.
Charge a Broken Appointment Fee to eliminate prank made, no show or broken
appointments. We will ask that you provide a verifiable major credit or debit card.
The Patient or Responsible party will be responsible for a failed appointment fee.
Monday-Friday not to include holidays a $20.00 dollar fee.
Saturday-Sunday, week-ends and holidays a $40.00 dollar fee.
PLEASE NOTE:
A 30-minute Grace Period is always allowed after the scheduled appointment
time before your credit card is charged the failed or broken appointment fee.
This fee is non-refund able. It is understood and agreed to by both the
Patient or Responsible Party with the Emergency Dentist.
The fee is reimburse or not charged when the Patient or Responsible Party
honors the actual scheduled appointment for service and is not later reschedule*.
